Alternative School Instructor / Assistant Football & Head Softball Coach

Hello, my name is Scott Meadows.  I was born and raised in Reeltown, Al. to Steve and Chenilla Meadows.  I have 3 sisters, Mandy, Dana, and Leanne. I graduated from Reeltown High School in 1988.  I played four years of football under legendary coach Duane Webster.  We had a record of 51 - 6 during those four years including a 15 - 0 record in 1987 and won the state championship. I have been married to the former LeAnn McWhorter of Dadeville for 28 years.  We have two children. Our daughter, Haley who graduated from BHS in 2011 and received a scholarship to Southern Union and a Degree in Cosmetology. Our son, Walker, who graduated from BHS in 2015 and is now a Sophomore at Mississippi College on a football scholarship. As a Freshman he was named Offensive Rookie of the Year at MC, Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll and made the Presidents List with a 4.0.  I coached baseball and football in Beauregard's youth association for 7 years and served as Vice President for 3 years.  I served as the ISS/ISD Instructor at Sanford Middle School for 5 years while coaching football and baseball. This is my 3rd year at Beauregard High School as Alternative School Instructor, Assistant Football and Head Softball Coach.  I worked for Uniroyal Tire Mfg. for 17 years prior to taking my job with LCBOE.
