The Lady Hornet softball team saw two of it's team members voted onto the 2009 ASWA Class 5A softball teams. Peyton Delong was chosen as the second baseman for the 1st team All State for her performance during the 2009 season in which she was only a sophomore. Amy Goodson earned a spot on the All State honorable mention team for her efforts as the Lady Hornets center fielder. Both of these young ladies are very deserving of this honor. They work hard on and off of the playing field. They are great role models for their peers.
